Bobby Krug Racing Services is excited to welcome Brody Strong to the BKRS driver lineup for the upcoming season. Strong has his sights set on competing in the full Route 66 Sprint Series season, as well as Ignite Challenge and other national events throughout the calendar. Brody is 18 years old and brings 14 years of racing experience across multiple disciplines.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of BKRS,” Brody Strong said. “The team’s experience, structure, and focus on development really stood out to me, and I’m excited to work closely with Bobby and the entire crew as I continue to grow as a driver.”

His racing journey began at just five years old, competing in Quarter Midgets in Taylorville, Illinois, where he quickly established himself as a standout young driver. Brody earned Rookie of the Year honors at Cerro Gordo Speedway in 2013, launching a standout Quarter Midget career in Junior Honda, Junior Animal, and Light 160 while racing at tracks such as Taylorville, Terre Haute, ALQMA, and I-70 Speedway. His résumé includes multiple Dirt Grands appearances, highlighted by a 2nd-place finish in 2016, the Junior Honda Championship at Terre Haute, multiple Shorey Shootout victories, and setting the Terre Haute track record in 2018

He concluded his Quarter Midget career in 2020 with a Light 160 win and runner-up finish in Light World Formula. Brody also transitioned into Micro Sprints, earning the Restrictor Championship in 2020, the Winged A-Class Championship in 2021 and 2022, and the Outlaw Non-Wing Championship (Coles County Speedway) in 2023, while competing in multiple Tulsa Shootout events. Brody’s karting resume already includes major accomplishments, highlighted by a 2025 Mid-State Kart Club Ignite Senior Championship and an Ignite Challenge event winner.

“Brody’s racing background is incredibly well-rounded. From Quarter Midgets to Micro Sprints and now back into high-level karting, he’s shown the work ethic and adaptability we look for in our drivers,” Bobby Krug, owner of BKRS, said. “We’re excited to welcome him to BKRS and support his growth this season.”

Brody would like to extend his gratitude to his sponsors and partners: Strong Elevator • Strong Bookkeeping • Valley View Agri-Systems • Sidney Manufacturing Co. • RS12 Motorsports • Chemstream Race Fuels • Low-Brake Stump Grinding • Amsoil by Gabe • Mike Gadberry Motorsports • Joey Karter • Canham Graphics
